This rural complex consists of a house and two rural apartments. They are located in the municipality of Valencia de Alcantara, 6 km of the population, in open fields and few metres of Portugal, whose border is determined by the riverbed Sever.
The house is a two storey stone construction, whitewashed on the outside, with windows and doors painted in the traditional way from the area, stone floors on the ground floor and wood on the rest of the units and beam ceilings.
